Beco Poop Bags – Lavender & Cedarwood Scented (120 Pack)

Nobody gets a dog for the poop pick-ups, but a good bag makes them a whole lot less grim. Beco’s Lavender & Cedarwood bags are big, thick and leakproof, with a calming scent that takes the edge off the walk to the nearest bin. Clip a roll to the lead and you’re sorted for the next 15 poop pick ups.

Beco’s trusty poop bags now come in a new lavender and cedarwood scent, a softer, more herbal alternative to their popular mint. They’re the same big, strong bags underneath, just with a scent that’s a bit nicer to have in your pocket.

Big enough for any breed
At 33 x 22.5cm, these bags are extra large, so there’s plenty of room to grab and go whether you’ve got a Chihuahua or a Rottweiler. If you’re picking up after a Staffy or a big working dog, you won’t be wrestling with a bag that’s two sizes too small.

Thick, leakproof and hand-protecting
Each bag is 15 microns thick with strong seams, so your hands stay protected and nothing seeps through on the walk back to the bin.

Easy to open, even on frosty mornings
An easy-peel sticker starts each roll, and the bags separate and open without the usual fumbling. That’s handy when your fingers are cold and your dog’s already pulling toward the next lamp post.

Made from recycled plastic
The bags are made from 94% post-consumer recycled plastic (GRS certified), giving plastic that was already headed for landfill a second job before it’s binned. The remaining 6% is the scent, stabilisers and colour, and the packaging is cardboard. Beco is a UK-based, B Corp certified pet brand.

Fits your existing dispenser
The refill rolls fit all standard poop bag dispensers. Clip a roll to your lead, your training bag or your show kit and you’ll never get caught short at the park, beach or show grounds.

What’s in the pack
120 lavender and cedarwood scented poop bags on refill rolls. At two pick-ups a day, that’s roughly two months of walks.

FAQs

Are Beco Lavender & Cedarwood poop bags biodegradable?
No. Beco doesn’t claim these are biodegradable or compostable. Instead, the bags are made from 94% post-consumer recycled plastic, so the focus is on reusing plastic that already exists. Dispose of them in your general rubbish bin.

What size are Beco poop bags?
Each bag measures 33 x 22.5cm and is 15 microns thick. That makes them large and sturdy enough for dogs of all sizes, from toy breeds through to giant breeds.

Will Beco poop bag rolls fit my dispenser?
Yes. The refill rolls fit all standard poop bag dispensers, including the ones that clip onto your dog’s lead.

What does the lavender and cedarwood scent smell like?
It’s a gentle, herbal floral scent designed to make pick-ups more pleasant and help mask odours while you carry the bag to a bin. Beco also makes a mint scented version, and an unscented option for anyone sensitive to fragrance.

Do these Beco bags have handles?
No, this lavender and cedarwood version comes without tie handles. Beco notes that no-handle bags are a bit longer, which many large-dog owners prefer. Simply knot the top before binning.

How do I dispose of used poop bags in New Zealand?
Tie the bag and put it in a general rubbish bin. Don’t put them in your recycling, compost or green waste bin, and never flush them.
