Chosen by Dog People. For Real Dogs.
Thorncombe Pet Supplies started with our own dogs.
Living with Staffordshire Bull Terriers and French Bulldogs taught us pretty quickly that not every toy labelled "tough" deserves the title and that finding genuinely useful, quality dog products in New Zealand isn't always easy.
So we're fussy about what we stock.
We look for products that solve real problems: tougher toys for determined dogs, enrichment that makes them think, quality grooming products, practical bedding and treats worth getting excited about.
We don't believe every product suits every dog.
Our job is to help you find the one that does.
Tough Dog Toys
Tough Dog Toys for Dogs That Don't Play Gently
Got a toy destroyer?
You're in familiar territory.
We live with strong, determined dogs too, which is why we've built a range around how dogs actually play rather than putting every toy labelled "tough" into the same category.
Whether your dog loves to chew, tug, fetch or work for food, we'll help you narrow down the options.

No dog toy is indestructible. Always choose toys appropriate for your dog's size and play style, supervise play and replace damaged toys.
