The internet’s most chilled-out animal, now in squeaky plush form. Your dog’s new favourite cuddle buddy has arrived. 🧡

Capybaras are famous for being the calmest creatures on the planet, and the Smooshables Capybara brings that same easy-going energy to your dog’s toy box. This 22cm plush capybara is made from ultra-thick, super-soft fabric with embroidered facial details (no hard plastic eyes or noses to chew off), so it’s as safe as it is cute.

Inside, thick stuffing gives it a satisfying, squishy feel that dogs love to carry, snuggle and settle down with, and a squeaker in the body keeps things lively when playtime kicks off. Double-stitched seams help it stand up to pawing, tossing, shaking and gentle tug, so it’s built for proper play, not just looking pretty on the couch.

At 22cm, it’s just the right size for small to medium dogs to carry around, and a lovely soft comfort toy for bigger dogs who prefer plush. It also makes a fun gift for a new puppy or a birthday, and it fits right in with the rest of the Smooshables 22cm range alongside the Pig, Elephant, Duck and Bunny if your pup likes collecting the whole crew.

FAQ

What size is the Smooshables Capybara?
It’s 22cm long, a good carry size for small to medium dogs and a cuddle-sized toy for larger dogs who love soft plush.

Does the Smooshables Capybara squeak?
Yes. There’s a squeaker inside the body.

Is it suitable for heavy chewers?
No. It’s double-stitched and made from thick plush for durability, but it’s a plush toy designed for carrying, cuddling, shaking and gentle tug, not for dogs that shred or power-chew their toys.

Does it have plastic eyes?
No. The facial features are embroidered, so there are no hard plastic parts to pull off.

Can I wash the Smooshables Capybara?
Spot clean only. The squeaker inside means it’s not designed for the washing machine.

Is it safe for puppies?
It can suit puppies with supervision. Teething pups can be tough on plush, so check it often and take it away if any seams start to open.
