The possum meat is blended with high value beef and lamb offal products to provide the best quality nutrition. From time to time chicken is also used when seasonal variation occurs.

Rolls are sealed during the cooking process and don’t need to be refrigerated until they are opened (we recommend storing them in a dry place, lower than 20C)
