Bright rainbows across a fresh mint pile, with grippy rubber underneath so it stays exactly where you put it. This Non-Slip dry bed has a deeper 28mm pile for crates, the car boot and hard floors at home. 🌈

Vet bed doesn't have to be boring. Under the Rainbow Mint print is genuine UK vet bedding, cut to size here in New Zealand, with a rubber non-slip backing that keeps it in place on tile, timber, vinyl, crate trays and car boot liners.

The print is one of the brightest in the range. Cheerful rainbows sit across a fresh mint background, so it lifts a plain crate or living room floor and looks great in puppy photos before they head off to their new homes.

The 28mm deep pile is a touch thicker than our standard 26mm range, giving your dog a bit more cushioning on hard floors. It pulls moisture away from your dog's coat and skin while holding onto warmth, so they stay dry and cosy after a muddy walk, a bath, or a wet welcome home. The rubber backing grips the floor, so the bed doesn't slide around when an excited dog jumps on or a senior dog gets up.

It's hypoallergenic, non-toxic and non-irritant, and suitable for animals and people with allergies. That makes it a great choice for whelping puppies and kittens, senior dogs, dogs recovering from surgery, or any dog who needs secure footing. Liquid passes through the pile instead of pooling, so your dog's side stays dry, and the texture gives puppies good grip to get up on their feet.

It's machine or hand washable up to 30°C, and it fluffs back up once dry.

Why owners like it: it stays put on hard floors, and the rainbows brighten up any room or crate.

Why dogs like it: it's warm, soft and dry to lie on, with a little extra cushioning.

FAQs

What does the Rainbow Mint dry bed look like? It has a fresh mint pile printed with bright rainbows. The backing is rubber and non-slip.

Will it slip around on hard floors? No. The rubber backing grips tile, timber, vinyl, crate trays and car boot liners, so it stays put even with an active dog on it.

How thick is it? It has a 28mm deep pile, slightly thicker than the 26mm on our standard range, for a bit more cushioning on hard floors.

Is it machine washable? Yes. Machine or hand wash at a maximum of 30°C. Don't use fabric softener, because it clogs the fibres and reduces how well the bed wicks moisture.

Is it suitable for whelping? Yes. Liquid passes through the pile instead of pooling, so newborn puppies stay dry. Put newspaper, towels or puppy pads underneath to soak it up. The grip also helps puppies get up on their feet.

What's the difference between Non-Slip and Greenback dry bed? Non-Slip has a rubber backing that grips hard floors and washes up to 30°C. Greenback has a tear-resistant woven backing and washes up to 80°C, so it suits kennels, chewers and heavy use. The Rainbow Mint print comes in both.

What sizes does it come in? Eight sizes, from Small (500 x 380mm) to 5XL (5000 x 1540mm), so you can fit a crate, whelping box, car boot or a whole room.
